Health problems happen to everyone, even the seemingly invincible. Coldplay’s Chris Martin didn’t get a great response from his doctors after one of their appointments. Forced to rest, the 45-year-old singer had to make a radical decision that will not please the public.
You have to see it to believe it, but Coldplay concerts are arguably some of the most beautiful things fans have ever seen in their lives. Incredible live, show, light effects and communion with the public, the event is an unmissable event that South American fans will be delighted to (re)discover in the coming days. After two dates in Rio de Janiero, Coldplay was to ensure no less than six dates at the Allianz Parque in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Events almost all complete that the group will ultimately not be able to honor.
On social networks, Will Champion and Jonny Buckland, pianists, Phil Harvey, manager, Guy Berryman, guitarist and Chris Martin, singer, united their voices to announce terrible news to fans: the postponement of concert dates in Brazil for the start 2023. Dakota Johnson’s companion, very ill, would be unable to perform the shows and would need nothing but calm and rest to recover.
“Due to a serious lung infection, Chris has been under strict doctor’s orders to rest for the next three weeks. We are working as quickly as possible to secure the new dates and will give you more information in the coming months. days” can we read in the press release from Coldplay.
No need to worry though. If we are to believe the last words used by the group, Chris Martin should be back soon and better than ever: “We are optimistic about Chris’ health. We have no doubts that he will be revived and back on his feet once treated and well rested as recommended by the doctors. He is already looking forward to getting back on the road of the tour.”
If the information is likely to make people disappointed, the concerts are not canceled for all that but postponed to the beginning of next year. The new dates have not yet been communicated for the moment but should be known in the coming days.
