The inevitable happened ! Unsurprisingly, Celine Dion ‘s relatives did not hide the fact that they did not like “Aline”, the true \/ false biopic to the critically yet largely laudatory signed Val\u00e9rie Lemercier. His clan seems to have completely missed the fictional aspect, retaining only the first degree.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

If Celine Dion has probably not seen Aline yet, although she is ready, some of her relatives have done it for her: her sister Claudette and her brother Michel. The latter were invited by Julie Snyder, in her program La Semaine des 4 Julie pour Noovo. They said frankly what they thought of the film, which is already a hit in the cinema.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Celine Dion ‘s manager for three decades and one of the architects of the star’s career, Michel Dion is inevitably very present in Aline, true \/ false biopic around the most famous Quebec diva on the planet. And, clearly, he didn’t agree with the tone of the film. “Even if they wanted to make a kind of comedy I find that, frankly, for mom [the late Th\u00e9r\u00e8se Dion, played by the excellent Danielle Fichaud, Editor’s note], and even for Celine Dion, they went too far”, a- he reacted at first, then citing many details from the film that he didn’t laugh with and that he thought were wrong.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Therein lies the whole problem, the <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>star<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> clan <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>completely<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> missed the humorous aspect <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>of Val\u00e9rie Lemercier, which was<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> announced from the <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>beginning,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> who did not want to make <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>a direct biographical film,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> hence <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>the<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> choice of <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>the fictional<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> names.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Of course<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> there are a lot of funny things, but <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>that doesn’t make<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> fun of Celine <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Dion . He<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> said <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>about Europe 1<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> in 2018 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>regarding his approach<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> between sincere <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>appreciation<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> and <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>a<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> desire to entertain people with the incredible life of the performer of My Heart Will Go On. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\u201cIt’s going to<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> be a <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>fun movie. The<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> film that Claudette and <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>I saw, ‘This’ is<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> not exactly what <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>you<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> thought it <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>was,’ he added.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Michel Dion.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
