The nominations for the 94th edition of the honours have fallen… a giant favorite, “The Power of the Dog” by film maker Jane flower (the initial lady to receive 2 nominations for the Oscar for best director) will hope to win twelve figures. Kristen Stewart and can Smith also will be there… The yank Academy of Cinema Arts and Sciences unveiled this Tuesday, Feb 8, the list of nominees for the 94th Academy Awards who are within the running to win the legendary golden statuette (see 2021 winners). Jane Campion’ the ability of the Dog, stellar Benedict Cumberbatch, leads the race with twelve nominations in total. A dark and psychological western, the ability of the Dog is notably within the running in the classes of best film, best director, best actor, best feminine supporting roles (Kirsten Dunst) and male. it’s followed by sand dune (ten nominations), capital of Northern Ireland and side Story (seven nominations each).
In the class of best feature film, the apocalypse comedy Don’t Look Up: Cosmic Denial by Adam McKay with statue maker DiCaprio will fight for the prize, as will the japanese film Drive My automobile by Ryusuke Hamaguchi . Samuel L. Jackson will receive Associate in Nursing unearned honour at the ceremony. Note also that thespian Kristen Stewart won her 1st Oscar nomination because of her role as Diana in Spencer. Conversely, woman Gaga fans were furious that she wasn’t nominative for her role in House of Gucci… The Oscars are going to be given on March twenty seven in l. a. at the normal Dolby Theater situated on Hollywood Boulevard.
